What is the veil? 

Is it a something that gives us a glimpse into a world we don’t know, or a tainted glimpse into the one we think we know. The details are blurred and yet there’s something familiar, something that draws us in even if there may be danger behind it. The curiousity is far more important and unwaivering. 

Even as I draw it close, what’s behind is still not clear, I must walk through it to know, like the furture. We have an idea of where it’s going, but nothing is clear and real until – it is. 

There are many veils I suppose, as each is lifted another comes down. We can only see an impression of what is possible, but never know exactly what will be. No matter how hard we want to or how hard we plan, something unexpected will always happen, sometimes good sometimes bad. And sometimes seeming one or the other with the opposite outcome. This is where the veil is curious and exciting. 

There is always the unknown in everything we do and experience. That is where the growth is, where the wisdom is gained, if we give ourselves the gift to embrace it.
