Many people avoid meditation with the idea that it’s too hard or that they can’t quiet their mind, it’s not for them, blah, blah, blah – the reality is, it’s for everyone. Anyone can do it, there are no rules other than practice, because, like anything, without practice, we can’t build the muscle and create the habit.
Life is busy and full, and hard. We get hit with the unexpected almost every day. We all need tools to help us through, I know I did. I’m here to help and support you with compassion and accountability, so that you find what works for you. Meditation comes in many forms. Let me help you find yours.
